Our journey began with a late but passionate entry into the HVAC industry. Sajjan K Lama, our founder, started working in HVAC in 2017. Along the way, he crossed paths with two close friends—Harka Rai and Prakash Babu Magar—who shared the same vision and work ethic. What started as friendship quickly turned into something more meaningful: a dream to build something of their own.

Sajjan diligently pursued his master's certification, earned the necessary credentials, and turned that dream into a reality. Together, they launched the company with one goal: to provide reliable, affordable, and trustworthy HVAC services backed by real care and community values.

Since opening our doors, we've been proud to serve our customers with honesty, skill, and a personal touch. And as we continue to grow, we remain committed to the same values that brought us together in the first place—hard work, integrity, and heart.
